At Pacific Performance Engineering, we are committed to providing high-quality parts for your vehicle; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return new, uninstalled items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returns must be in their original packaging and include all hardware to ensure a smooth processing experience.
Initiate Return Request
Contact our customer support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the shipping container.
Ship the Item
Send your return to our distribution center using a trackable shipping service to protect against loss or damage during transit.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned parts, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
